TO 10 YEARS OF ITS GAME: THE HISTORICAL GP IN DONINGTON 1993

One of the best activities of a pilot in the history of Formula 1 and motoring, is the one of Ayrton the Seine in the GP of Europe of 1993 in Donington Park, England. To 10 years of its physical disappearance, we want to remember the best moments of the race of the Brazilian, as a tribute.

In 1993, the Williams Renault was the quickest cars clearly. Almost invincible. For that reason nobody was surprised when seeing Saturday Alain Prost and Damon Hill releasing in first row. After them, the companions of always of that year: Michael Schumacher and his Benetton Ford, and Ayrton the Seine in its McLaren Ford. Fifth Karl Wendlinger in his Sauber appeared a surprising Austrian youngster doing his first arms in F1.The morning of Sunday, rain fell heavy on Donington. “I am without words, really in the moon. It could not have dreamed about securing two victories like this, and I would like to say that this was a race that we won in group. In the released one I really decided to go for this reason, before the Williams had time to comply. They yes had technical superiority and we felt that was the best tactics.
