Structure

Carbon constructed tubular fiber structure with aluminum coating. Central motor in the DP. The tubular structure of the car is developed by each manufacturer. They stand out among them: Chase Competition Engineering, Crawford RACE Cars, Gild Designs, FABCAR, Multimatic, Picchio and Riley Technologies.

Motor

The greater class, DP, use series V8 motors modified. The piston displacement of the same varies according to each manufacturer, the maximum top is of 5 liters of piston displacement. BMW, Pontiac and Ford use the maximum of tolerated piston displacement, however Infiniti and Lexus (Toyota) own motors of 4,3 liters. The 5 liters of Ford, Pontiac and BMW allow that their impellers turn to less regime, almost 7000 RPM, whereas the other marks with rolled minor obtain major I number of revolutions. Porsche, that competes in class GT, uses its traditional motor of 6 opposite cylinders and 3,99 liters. All the mentioned impellers are inhaled. Transmission

The gear box is of the companies Xtrac and Emco. They use up to six marches reverse of sequential way.
