The BMW equipment Williams F1 Team has presented/displayed in today its flaming denominated single-seater FW25 with which it will try to win to the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro in season 2003 of Formula 1. The launching took place in the Circuit de Catalonia.
Its structure is totally innovating. The FW24 presents/displays reduced dimensions more than their predecessor. The BMW motor was denominated P83 and tries to continue with its dominion in power. The head of the equipment, Sir Frank Williams, raised the objectives of the equipment for this year.

The designer of the FW25, Gavin Fisher, explains to that he wanted to arrive when constructing it.
“the FW25 reflects our long innovating tradition as far as the design of the chassis and the transmission, that maintains to us like the leaders of Formula 1 in that section. In addition, we have worked elbow elbow with the engineers of BMW to make sure that the new P83 motor adapted perfectly to the dimensions of the car. It is difficult to give specific data for obvious reasons, but it is evident that the FW25 is shorter than their predecessor, the FW24. The director of BMW, Mario Theissen, assures that the P83 motor will be but the powerful one of the category.

The sport director of BMW, Gerhard Berger, raised the objectives drawn up by the German house.
